You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please note, we can’t accept returns after this period.
UK returns cost a flat fee of £1.99 when using our returns portal. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
International customers will need to cover their own return shipping costs.

Request your return and download your returns label.
Follow the instructions provided to send your parcel back to us.
Items sent without requesting a return through the portal won’t be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
With tags still attached
In original packaging
Free from makeup, deodorant or perfume marks
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us straight away atyessgoodieactive@gmail.com so we can put it right quickly.
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for your preferred size/colour.
